Super Weekend on Young’s Blog

This weekend starting today and ending on Monday (MLK day) is very big for me. It’s not very often that your blog gets promoted on TV and in a conference. Plus there is one show premiering 4 brand new episodes this weekend. So this weekend is super! Let’s rundown what is going on this weekend.

Young’s Blog on ABC 33/40

This does not happen very often in the blogger world. But me and my blog are going to get to be on TV! The reporter is coming out this morning to shoot and the story will air Monday during the show Focus @ 4 at 4:00pm central. This story is in two parts; one is about Young’s Blog. And the other is how I am going to use this blog to do something I really need to do. Just click the Shape Up! link at the top of the page to find out more. I am super excited about this and seeing myself on TV is going to be fun to watch! I will provide details to watch online on Monday morning.

WordCamp Birmingham

There is a huge blogger conference this weekend that is sponsored by WordPress; the provider of this blog. There are speakers coming from around the country for this. And this is for bloggers and newbies who might want to start an online business or improve their blogs with WordPress. There is a lot of people who have already registered and this Saturday at the BJCC and Sunday at Samford University it is going to be a good time. Phineas and Ferb Time Shift Weekend

During this super weekend; Disney Channel is going to show three new episodes of Phineas and Ferb including the most anticipated Tri-Stone Area set in the stone age. There is also Doof Dynasty which is set in ancient China. Excaliferb which is set in Medieval Times. And Phineas and Ferb and the Temple of Juatchadoon which will air Monday night on Disney XD. I will provide a wrap up Monday on my Animation Monday post. Can you tell this weekend is super!
